Being a home health aide can be both demanding and rewarding. Getting your annual physical ensures that you are healthy enough perform all the duties required by your agency. We work with many agencies including In Home Health, PATPHAA, and ASAP to get you cleared to work.

We request that you bring all of the paperwork from your agency when you come to your appointment at our office. Walk-in appointments are available as well. We charge $25 for home health physicals.
